Betmetria provides access to digital content and subscription-based services delivered electronically.
Access to the platform is granted immediately after successful payment and account activation.
2. General Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.
Because Betmetria is a digital service, refunds are not provided for:
- partial subscription periods;
- unused time remaining on a subscription;
- user inactivity;
- lack of usage;
- change of mind;

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Betmetria and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method at each renewal period until cancellation.
It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if they do not wish to renew.
6. Chargebacks
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Betmetria support, we reserve the right to:
- suspend account access;

- provide transaction records to the payment processor during dispute resolution.

Subscriptions purchased through:

- discount programs;
- coupon codes;

If Betmetria offers a free trial period, users may cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged.
